عظيم سربراه انقلاب هو دودو
چوڏس چانڊاڻ آفتاب هو دودو
دلير، دولهه ، بهادر جوان جوڌو
حشمت ۾ ته يار نواب هو دودو
لقب توکي مليو ــ اسدالملت
ببر شيهن لاجواب هو دودو
ڀونگر سائين سنڌ تي حڪومت
پرتاريخ جو وڏو باب هو دودو
محبتي مڻيادار غريبن تي سايو
دور پنهنجي ۾ ته ناياب هو دودو

"Azeem sarbarah inqilaab ho Dodo
Choudis chaandaan aftaab ho Dodo
Diler, dolah, bahaadur jawaan jodho
Hashmat mein ta yaar nawaab ho Dodo
Laqab tokhe milyo – Asadul Millat
Babbar sheehan lajawab ho Dodo
Bhungar saayin Sindh te hukoomat
Pur taareekh jo wado baab ho Dodo
Muhabbati manyaadaar ghareeban te saayo
Daur panhji mein ta naayaab ho Dodo."
English Translation
"Dodo was a great leader of revolution
He was like the radiance of the sun in all directions
A brave, gallant, and courageous warrior
In splendor, he was like a noble chief, Dodo
You earned the title – 'Asadul Millat'
Like a lion, unmatched among all, was Dodo
Bhungar Saeen ruled over Sindh
A great chapter in history was Dodo
A loving and gracious shelter for the poor
In his time, Dodo was truly rare."
