The heart still remembers the jolt when I met your eyes.
I still remember the kiss you gave on my palms.
How we talked about love, with smiles and laughter.
Yes, I remember how you pulled my nose in our conversations.
When I repeatedly talked about dying,
I remember how you were upset and scolded me.
We always prayed together to stay together forever.
I remember the plea to God with folded hands.
I remember how I was restless and cried all night.
It was your breath that I longed for, I still remember.
I praised the delicate body, cheeks, and eyes.
I remember how beneath the veil, I saw your dark eyes.
How you used to joke around and then tease.
I remember how you enjoyed teasing me.
Sagar Luqmani’s meeting with your friend with a smile,
How I suspected it was Somra, I still remember

A beautiful girl like the moon,A girl like a red rose,
With a fair body and intoxicating eyes, a queen of Koh-e-Kaaf, such a girl.
Delicate, soft lips like flowers in bloom, blazing like the fire of youth, such a girl.
Teeth like pearls, a girl with a body soaked in rain, a young maiden.
Black hair like bees and anklets chiming on her feet, a sixteen-year-old girl sparkling.
With sharpness in her eyes and daggers in her hands, she smiles and laughs, turning her face.
Her voice has the ecstasy of a flute and the sweetness of a lyre, Sagar-like, a complete fair girl with colors.
