(O Lord, Grant Me Sweetness)
O Lord, grant me some sweetness,
This is the plea of your devotee.
In the scorching heat, I live,
It is then that I sip on bhang.
(Sagar Luqmani, I'll Let Go of One)
I will let go of one between the two, O Sagar Lucmani,
The one who has made me weep, I will choose.
I declare to all, with wrath,
That I will carry the funeral of one or the other.
(Our Leaders Demand Faith in Rupees)
Our leaders demand faith in rupees and coins,
Sitting among the barren, eating scraps.
What will become of us?
